Returns & Refund Policy of LNA Labels

General

LNA Labels is committed to providing a hassle-free ordering and shipping experience. In spite of current stock levels, there is likely to be an occasional discrepancy. If a part of your order is not available, we shall ship what is available and write to you in respect of the back-ordered item. We can wait on restocking this item for you or arrange for a refund against the out-of-stock item.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the weight, size, and shipping destination of your order. Shipping payment is collected at the point of purchase. This will be the final shipping charge, and there will be no additional charges.

Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind Returns

We offer change of mind returns within 30 days from the date of delivery of your item, subject to:

The item is new, unopened, and still in its original packaging.

You have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.

Customers pay return shipping cost and are responsible for arranging their own return shipping. Once we receive and accept the returned merchandise, a credit will be issued to the original payment method.

???? Note: We refund only the value of returned merchandise; freight costs are not refundable.

Warranty Returns

If your product is defective or has been damaged, we will honor valid warranty claims within 30 days of receipt of your order. Approval is based on the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Upon receipt and verification of the return, we will process the warranty claim within 7 business days. You could be issued:

(a) A refund to your initial payment method.

(b) A store credit for a future order.

(c) A replacement item, if available.

Delivery Terms

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada & U.S.)

Standard shipping time is 1 – 10 business days, depending on the courier service used.

4.2 International Shipping

International shipping will take 2 – 21 business days, depending on destination and courier. Estimated shipping is provided upon checkout.

4.3 Modification of Delivery Address

Orders placed before 2 PM EST (UTC-04) will be processed the same day.

Changes of address are feasible only before d4.4 Postal Shipping to P.O. Boxesispatch. If an order is in transit, additional costs will be applicable.

We deliver to P.O. Boxes by postal services alone. Courier delivery to P.O. Box addresses is not feasible.

4.5 Out-of-Stock Products

If an item is back-ordered, we will ship in stock items immediately and the balance in due course. Split shipments attract no extra shipping costs.

4.6 Delayed Deliveries

If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us, and we will investigate with the courier. 

  1. Tracking & Notifications

Once we’ve sent out your order, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.

  1. Damaged Parcels

If a package is damaged, please:

Refuse to accept delivery if at all possible and notify us immediately.

If the package had been left with you, then call us for instructions.

  1. Import Duties & Taxes

For North American orders, duties and taxes are typically pre-paid. For worldwide orders, import duties and taxes may be chargeable as per your country’s regulations.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If the order has been dispatched, refer to our return policy.

  1. Shipping Insurance

All packages are insured against loss and damage for the value declared by the courier.

9.1 Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damaged parcels: Refund or replacement will be processed after the courier completes the investigation.

Lost parcels: We will provide a refund or a replacement if deemed lost by the courier.
